Devils Lake Fishing Report For October 22
Classic fall fishing is upon us and we have had some good fishing working around some wind and weather. The bridges are producing a lot of fish right now jigging jigs and minnows or glide baits like Jigging Raps, Tikka Minos, Puppet Minnows, Shiver Minnows, etc. We have also been trolling the road beds and catching good fish on crankbaits like Rumble Shads, Flicker Shads and Hornets. Lead core trolling the old shorelines in 20-28 feet is also producing fish. Duck hunters have been having a lot of success this year and there are a lot of ducks around. Snow geese and divers are just starting to push in good numbers. We do have openings in early November for waterfowl hunters looking for lodging.
